01Data we collect
We only collect the data needed to run the service and measure your generative visibility. We distinguish between data you provide, data generated by your usage, and data produced by our analyses.
Data you provide
- Account: email address, name (optional) and an encrypted password, or an identifier provided by a Google / Apple sign-in.
- Tracked sites: the domain names and URLs you add for analysis, along with the competitors you want to compare against.
- Billing: for paid plans, the information needed for the subscription is handled by our payment provider; we never store your card number.
- Support: the content of your messages when you contact us.
- Free test: if you enter your email on a free-test result, we use it to send you that report, and — only if you tick the opt-in box — a short follow-up series (3 emails max) with a one-click unsubscribe link in every message.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and timestamps.
- Usage data: features used, scans launched and preferences (language, theme).
- GEO analysis data: the results produced when we query AI assistants about your brand (citations, position, share of voice). These results relate to your public domain, not to individuals.
02How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the service. Specifically, we use it to:
- create and manage your account, and authenticate you securely;
- run AI visibility analyses and display your dashboard;
- manage your subscription, billing and access to paid features;
- send you service emails (analysis results, alerts, account security);
- provide support, prevent fraud and ensure platform security;
- measure audience in an aggregated way to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.
03Legal basis
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each processing activity relies on a legal basis:
- Performance of a contract: creating the account and delivering the analyses rely on performing the terms of service you accept.
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and service improvement rely on our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: non-essential cookies and marketing communications rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: retaining certain billing data meets our accounting and tax obligations.
04Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit. We use a limited number of cookies, grouped into two categories:
- Essential cookies: required for the site and your session to work (authentication, security, language preference). They cannot be disabled.
- Audience-measurement cookies: optional, they help us understand site usage in an aggregated and anonymized way. They are only set with your consent.
You can change your choice or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working correctly.
Direct anchor: this section is accessible via the address /privacy#cookies to make it easy to share our cookie policy.
05Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with trusted providers, strictly to run the service and under data-processing agreements. These categories of processors include:
- Hosting and infrastructure: secure storage of the database and application.
- AI providers: the assistants queried to measure your visibility receive requests related to your brand, but not your account data.
- Payment: our billing provider processes transactions for paid subscriptions.
- Email and audience measurement: sending service emails and aggregated usage statistics.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. In the event of a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place (standard contractual clauses).
06Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:
- Account and analysis data: kept for as long as your account is active.
- After account deletion: data is erased or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
- Billing data: kept for the legal duration required by our accounting obligations.
- Technical logs: kept for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes.
07Your rights (GDPR)
If you reside in the European Economic Area, the GDPR grants you rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction and objection: restrict or object to certain processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw a consent already given at any time, without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We respond within the timeframes set by the regulation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
08Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, access controls and hosting on secure infrastructure. As no system is 100% foolproof, we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to prevent any unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
In the event of a data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights, we will inform the affected individuals and the competent authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
