These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the GEO console service, available at geo-search-console.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
1.Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which GEO console makes the Service available to its users and the rules for using it. They form a contract between you, as a user (the "User"), and the publisher of the Service (the "Publisher").
Any use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept all or part of these conditions, you must not use the Service. The User declares that they are of legal age and have the required legal capacity, or are acting on behalf of a legal entity they are authorised to represent.
2.Account & sign-up
Access to certain features requires creating an account. When signing up, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and to keep it current. You may create an account using an email and password, or via a third-party identity provider (Google, Apple).
You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to notify us without delay of any unauthorised use. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of access resulting from a breach of this obligation.
You may close your account at any time. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice where the breach justifies it.
3.Description of the service
GEO console is a tool for analysing a brand's visibility in the answers of artificial-intelligence assistants (notably ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok). The Service queries these assistants using representative questions, then measures and reports metrics such as citations, average position and share of voice.
The Service relies on third-party AI models whose behaviour evolves over time and is beyond the Publisher's control. Results, scores and recommendations are provided for guidance only: they are statistical estimates and do not guarantee any positioning, ranking or commercial outcome.
The Publisher may change, add, suspend or remove all or part of the Service's features in order to improve it or adapt to technical changes in the assistants being tracked.
4.Plans & payment
The Service offers a free plan as well as paid subscription plans, the details and prices of which are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of tax unless otherwise indicated; applicable taxes are added where relevant.
Payment via Stripe
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe, in accordance with its own terms. The Publisher does not store your full card details: they are collected and held directly by Stripe in a secure environment compliant with industry standards.
Monthly subscription
Paid subscriptions are taken out on a monthly basis and renew automatically at each renewal date, by charging the current amount to the registered payment method, until cancellation. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access to paid features until that date, and no further charge is made afterwards.
Unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise or as a goodwill gesture, amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices; any change is communicated to you in advance and applies only to subsequent renewal dates.
5.Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service fairly and in compliance with the law. The following are notably prohibited:
any attempt at unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other users' accounts;
the mass extraction, automated or not, of the Service's data beyond intended uses, as well as any unauthorised resale;
any action aimed at overloading, disrupting or circumventing the Service's technical, rate or security limits;
use of the Service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory purposes or that infringes the rights of third parties.
In the event of a breach, the Publisher may restrict, suspend or terminate your access, without prejudice to any other remedy.
6.Intellectual property
The Service, its brand, interface, texts, visual identity, code and all of its components are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms may be construed as assigning any intellectual-property right.
The Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service, limited to the duration of your access and to the strict framework set out in these Terms. The reports and data generated for your brand remain intended for you; you may use them for your internal needs. Third-party brands mentioned (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced purely for descriptive purposes.
7.Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Publisher uses reasonable means to ensure its reliability and continuity but does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results produced will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
As results depend on third-party AI assistants, the Publisher cannot be held liable for variations, unavailability or changes in the behaviour of those services. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue, data or customers resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
In any event, and unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise, the Publisher's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.
8.Data
The processing of the personal data you entrust to us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the Service, to handle billing and to improve our offering.
In accordance with applicable regulations, notably the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability over your data. You may exercise them at any time by contacting us at the address indicated below.
9.Changes to the Terms
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time, notably to reflect a change in the Service, in regulations or in its practices. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your use; the last-updated date appears at the top of the document.
In the event of a substantial change, we will inform you by an appropriate means (for example by email or through the Service). Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory protective rules applicable to consumers.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will retain their full effect.
11.Contact
For any question relating to these Terms, to your account or to your subscription, you can write to us at contact@geo-search-console.com or use our contact page. We strive to respond as quickly as possible.
